They're round, convenient, and taste great! Hi! I'm Frank Saverino, AKA Dr. Meats for Holiday Market of Royal Oak. When I was a kid I grew up with Wimpy from the Popeye cartoon show. Do you remember this? "I'll gladly pay you on Tuesday for a hamburger today!" Well, today and everyday you can not only get your hamburger but choose from 20 different varieties. All patties are available in one pound packages of quarter-pound patties and are double papered for easy separation. Best of all they can go right on the grill frozen! Season them to your liking and within minutes you will be enjoying one of America's greatest traditions.
All these patties need is a little imagination as to garnishing and condiments. Remember this! Everything goes when it comes to a custom built patty. If you can dream it, you can make it.

Just add a little seasoning of your choice. From basic salt and pepper to any one of our 20 different custom blended seasonings. Everything from Steak & Chop seasonings to custom blended barbecue spices. Fantastic on our patties!

"The Secret Is"

Remember Holiday's Secret to great tasting patties out on the grill or indoors in a skillet is to keep them frozen. Remove the paper and place frozen patties on a medium-heat skillet or barbecue grill. The patties will thaw and cook without separation. Season to taste and enjoy!

GREAT TASTING BURGERS COOKED OUTDOORS ON THE GRILL!

Gas grills: preheat on high for 5 minutes. Turn burners down to medium. Place frozen patties on grill and season to taste. Close cover for the first 2 minutes. When patties are thawed and partially cooked, turn the patties and season other side. Continue to cook uncovered until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. or until juices run clear. Don't overcook your patties. Keep them juicy, but cooked to well done.

Charcoal: Build an adequate fire. When coals are white and grill is hot move the grill up to a medium setting. Follow the instructions for above method of cooking.
