"GREEK ROLL UP"


Ingredients for approximately 6 servings
6 links of turkey/chicken spinach feta sausage
4 oz. Pk. Of cream cheese
4 fresh Roma tomatoes diced
8 oz. Pk. Of grated mozzarella cheese
Oregano
4 oz. Feta cheese crumbled
4 flat Lavosh bread

*Bake or grill sausage 350 degrees or 20 to 30 minutes. When cooled, slice 1/2" thick on an acute bias and hold
* Spread the cream cheese evenly on the 4 lavosh making a 3" wide strip from top to bottom.
* Place the sausage side by side down the center on the lavosh.
* Next tomatoes, pinch of oregano, crumbled feta, and mozzarella cheese.
* Fold and roll the lavosh. Place on a cookie sheet.
* Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut in half or into 4" servings
